Beef - Fall 2026 - Wait List

**Note as of Sept 14th - We are only taking smaller, waitlist only orders for beef. We are likely to be able to fill your order, particularly smaller orders. We will fill waitlisted orders on a first-ordered, first-filled basis as supply lasts. Some cuts may run out faster than others. Please go ahead and order - we do not take a deposit on wait-listed orders and we will contact you as soon as we know our total yield for the season.

Our regenerative, 100% grassfed beef comes in mixed boxes of 10 - 100 lbs and is priced at $14.00 per pound for the exact weight of the beef cuts in your order. Your order will be ready starting November 2026.

To order a half or whole beef, please get in touch by email, and we can arrange a custom deposit amount along with volume pricing (5-8% savings).

Your order will consist of a mix of cuts, including approximately 30% ground, 25% steaks, 25% roasts, and 20% other cuts (ribs, stew, osso bucco, sausages, pepperettes, etc.). 

When you place your order, we charge you approximately 50% of your final total. Making a deposit at the time of ordering helps us pay for costs that we incur throughout the growing season, like feed or labour. When you collect your order, we will subtract your deposited amount from your full order total at the time of pickup/delivery, and just your remaining amount will be due at that time. Delivery is available in Wakefield, Chelsea, Hull, and central Ottawa, and a $10 delivery fee will be applied to your final total when selecting neighbourhood delivery.

Our beef is 100% grassfed and regeneratively grazed.
